But at the heart of our business is our people. **Role Purpose** This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ground Handling Leader to grow their career within Menzies Aviation through a key leadership position at the easyJet\-dedicated station in Ibiza (IBZ). IBZ is one of easyJet's largest seasonal destinations in Spain, with high flight volumes concentrated during the summer months. The post holder will be responsible for leading handling operations with a focus on operational excellence, safety compliance and delivering a strong partnership with the carrier. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and inspiring leader, capable of motivating the workforce and giving performance in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment. **What you will be doing** * Planning, organization, and direction of operational activities at IBZ * Leading, developing coaching and motivating senior managers to develop and utilize their * Maximizing performance and efficiency in collaboration with easyJet, within the scope of a single\-airline handling model. * Leading service delivery to customer airlines in accordance with service level agreements and agreed budgetary levels. * Instilling policies and procedures designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the station, whilst promoting sound safety, security and people management practices.
