Your role within the team: \- Connect and attract: You will be the driving force behind customer acquisition through street marketing, social media, and direct interaction on the streets. \- Shine the brand: You will promote Baloo Ibiza’s best experiences by creating fresh and dynamic content. \- Move the scene: You will manage guest lists, VIP reservations, table sales, bottle service, and exclusive experiences. \- Build top-tier partnerships: You will connect with influencers, hotels, beach clubs, restaurants, and island promoters. \- Build community: You will foster customer loyalty so they always want to return for more. \- Break it on social media: You will create and share outstanding content side-by-side with our PR Manager. \- Keep the party flowing: You will coordinate access to ensure swift entry and an incredible experience from minute one. \- Be the face of Baloo: You will represent our brand with impeccable attitude, professionalism, and charisma. \- Solve like a pro: You will handle any unforeseen situation during service swiftly and with a positive attitude. \- Add up to win: You will work closely with the team to exceed all our attendance and sales targets.
