What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? **Center Performance:** Maximize jobs and profitability by achieving the number of jobs required to meet, and exceed if possible, the center's established budget. Management and development of center staff and self-development: Effectively manage team performance and development to maximize center productivity. **Customer Management:** Always provide solutions to customers and strive to meet their needs using all available tools within the company. **Quality Management:** Apply and ensure proper implementation of technical and administrative procedures established by Carglass® and client companies. **Technical and Administrative Tasks at the Service Center:** Receive and store materials delivered from warehouses or suppliers, handle requests to send documentation to Administration for billing processes or customer audits, and perform installation tasks (replacements and repairs) when necessary, showing availability in the schedule. * Commercial Management: Sell to center customers the products and/or services available at any given time and identify opportunities, visit companies, etc., as needed to generate jobs for the center.
