Responsibilities * Supervise and intervene in the activities of the Bar and dining department * Organize, coordinate, and lead your team, actively participating in staff selection * Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations * Manage purchases and inventory * Customer service and attention **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress. * Hospitality and Tourism education is valued. * High level of English. * Knowledge of other languages is valued.
