Grupo Mambo, one of Ibiza’s most renowned gastronomic groups with a portfolio of 13 restaurants, seeks to hire an Executive Chef with vision, leadership, and sensitivity toward cuisine. The position holds a strategic role between the central kitchen and sales points, aiming to foster culinary creativity while guaranteeing operational excellence across the group’s establishments. Main Responsibilities * Conceptualize and develop new gastronomic proposals aligned with the group’s identity and local produce, as needed. * Develop and supervise recipes and production specifications, ensuring profitability, consistency, and quality. * Ensure compliance with quality standards across all culinary processes. * Support and advise Head Chefs to maintain consistent execution across all restaurants. * Collaborate closely with the purchasing department to ensure fresh produce and efficient supply. * Analyze gastronomic trends and strategically adapt them to the group’s offerings. Required Profile * Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in high-responsibility positions. * Strong creative ability and technical mastery of cuisine. * Knowledge of food safety regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and large-team management skills. * Attention to detail, high quality standards, and strong communication skills. * Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
