Support Technician

· Key support in comprehensive personnel management at the hotel

· Collaboration with management on personnel-related matters

· Handling of employment procedures and social security formalities

· Sales of apparel, accessories, and styling and personal shopping services.

· Customer interaction to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.

· In-store support functions and assistance with online orders.

· Customer service and adherence to restaurant quality standards.

· Setting up and dismantling tables, and serving assigned sections in the dining room/bar.

· Assisting with special events and supervising waiter assistants.
