Regarding the process published on 10/07/2025, the application deadline is extended from 14/10/2025 to 20/10/2025 at 23:59 (peninsular time). **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * General advisory regarding electricity bills and energy-saving measures. * General advisory on electric mobility, with particular attention to the operation of the MELIB network. * Distribution of MELIB cards to users (these cards will be sent by IBE). * Advisory regarding existing subsidies and tax deductions related to renewable energies and electric mobility. * Advisory on self-consumption project applications, with special focus on projects within apartment communities. * Advisory on local energy communities and shared self-consumption projects available in the user's vicinity. * Advisory on existing photovoltaic projects involving social participation. * Advisory on energy efficiency projects. All offices created, including mobile offices, will provide representation services for individuals concerning the submission of subsidy applications in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency, or sustainable mobility when the procedure must be carried out online and requires a digital certificate. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the selection process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification document or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract that verifies and certifies the required professional experience. * Internship attachments that verify and certify the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Diploma or Degree in Law, Economics, Forestry Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences or Biology. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Class B driver's license. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Previous experience in drafting projects, managing and/or creating energy communities. * Previous experience working for Public Administration. * Knowledge of the territory. * Previous experience in jobs related to your academic qualification. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 17 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
