If you want to join an organisation that values our differences, we are looking for you! **¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?** * Training, use and implementation of different working hours and shift scheduling solutions. * Collaboration in the design and construction of base schedules (rotations and shifts). * Sizing of vehicle fleet and staff, supporting the Operations Manager and Service and Operations Technicians, complying with regulations, concession conditions and forecasting necessary services. * Scheduling of services, organizing required and available vehicles and drivers to close the maximum number of operations and services, complying with regulations, safety and service quality. * Gathering and organizing necessary information and criteria, using different sources of information to determine resources and characteristics of various types of passenger transport operations. * Preparation of regular and non-regular transport plans, supporting the Operations Manager, taking into account service conditions, concessions and available resources, to create high-quality and safe passenger transport services. * Conducting technical studies, preparing analyses and reports on operations, activity monitoring, competition, demand behavior, network coverage and any other related to their area of expertise or internal requests. * Study, reorganization and improvement of operations, as well as participation in different tenders and analysis of companies that may arise. * Assisting in the preparation, development and execution of various digitalization projects linked to the operations area. **¿Qué te ofrecemos?** * A challenging project in a growing multinational company. * An attractive compensation package with the possibility to join Flexible Compensation products. * Opportunities for professional development through our internal mobility program. * Rotating schedule with morning shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 Monday-Friday, afternoon shifts from 14:00 to 22:00 Monday-Friday, and split shifts from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday-Friday.
