**Objective**

Key responsibilities include:
* Establish contact with users to conduct an initial interview.
* Provide informational documentation regarding service operations and regulations.
* Collect necessary data on the user’s initial family situation, as well as relationships with all family members.
* Prepare and issue follow-up and final reports on users and beneficiaries, describing case progression.
* Supervise supervised visits.
* Collaborate with the Technical Team to develop the Individual Family Intervention Program.
* Supervise supervised visits.
* Guide and train users in parenting and caregiving tasks for beneficiaries.
* Support non-supervised visits, as well as beneficiary pickup and drop-off.
* Intervene at any point during a visit if parental or familial attitudes or behaviors are deemed harmful to the child.
* Suspend a visit if deemed appropriate in the best interest of the beneficiary.
* Report any incidents to the relevant judicial or administrative authority.
**Profile:**
Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or officially recognized equivalent qualification in Social Education.
