This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining practical experience in the field of human resources. The responsibilities you will undertake are as follows: \- Support telephone assistance for both collaborators and employees. \- Support the recruitment department by performing tasks such as: posting job vacancies on various portals, screening resumes, conducting in-person interviews, video interviews, and group interviews. \- Request documentation for hiring and prepare hiring forms. \- Assist in resolving employees’ labor-related queries. Conditions: \- Contract type: Internship. \- Duration: As per training agreement. \- Schedule: Monday to Thursday; part-time morning shift from 9:00 to 14:00 hours or from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, depending on student availability. \- Remuneration: Compensation between €400 and €640, depending on the schedule undertaken by the student. \- Must be able to formalize a training agreement with a university/school. \- Residence in Donostia city or nearby areas. \- Immediate start. If this opportunity interests you, don’t hesitate to apply! ### **Requirements** \- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and HR, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Psychology, or a related undergraduate or master’s program. \- Must have availability to formalize a training agreement. \- Availability for full-time hours is considered a plus. \- Residence in Donostia or surrounding areas.
