This position focuses on logistics operations within an industrial environment and is essential for material flow and supporting the production line. The incumbent will handle and transport large-sized loads, ensuring materials reach their destination safely and efficiently. The role involves continuous coordination with other departments to ensure uninterrupted supply and dispatch requirements. Responsibilities range from internal supply of manufacturing lines to preparing orders for external shipment. Work will be carried out both inside warehouse spaces and in outdoor plant areas, requiring adaptability to varying environmental conditions. Precision in operating machinery and strict adherence to safety protocols are fundamental aspects of daily activities, preventing incidents and cargo damage. This role directly contributes to optimizing logistics processes, maintaining order in storage areas, and facilitating the work of the rest of the production team. A proactive attitude toward identifying potential workflow improvements and clear communication with colleagues will be highly valued. The environment is dynamic, with priorities shifting according to daily operational demands. A minimum of three years’ verifiable experience operating forklifts is required; experience with heavy-duty forklifts exceeding ten tons is especially desirable. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, as is certification for overhead crane operation. Candidates must demonstrate a clear willingness to work in industrial facilities—sometimes outdoors—and adapt to rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
