Main responsibilities include: * Serving as the liaison between site technical staff and workers. * Ensuring adherence to project deadlines. * Preventing waste and unnecessary expenses on site. * Enforcing specific timelines and actions upon subcontractors. * Assessing the quality of materials delivered to the site. * Checking the proper condition of auxiliary equipment and small machinery… * Performing supplementary masonry and/or formwork tasks. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as team leader / skilled supervisor / site supervisor. * Valid documentation, driver’s license, and a minimum 20-hour training course. * Basque language proficiency is highly desirable.
