DESCRIPTION **What will be your main functions and responsibilities?** * Review supplier invoices and record them in accounting. * Perform analytical accounting of all company expenses. * Carry out financial accounting, issuance, verification, and payment control of suppliers, as well as record all operations related to collections management. * Register, deregister, and monitor suppliers in the Portal. * Assist suppliers with inquiries regarding payment status, invoices, etc. (payment delivery, withholding information). * Perform any administrative tasks necessary for the development of the company's economic activity (filing, issuing and delivering promissory notes, etc.). * Manage insurance policies and claims.
