Position Summary: Deliver training to adults with intellectual or psychosocial disabilities, focusing on developing digital competencies, social skills, reading, writing, and job search. Monitoring and evaluation of the training process The position requires delivering training to adults with intellectual or psychosocial disabilities, with emphasis on developing digital competencies, social skills, and improving reading, writing, and job search abilities. The role also includes conducting appropriate monitoring and evaluations, as well as preparing the final report of the training process. Prior experience of at least one year delivering training to this group is valued. A Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education with specialization in Special Education, or a university degree including training in diversity support, is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are required. Working hours will be full-time, mornings, supplemented by three afternoons per week. The contract is temporary, based on production circumstances. The gross monthly remuneration will be 1\.540 euros.
