If you are passionate about industrial design, precision, and are looking for a solid project where your commitment translates into real physical solutions, this is the place for you. #### **Your Mission** Your objective will be to lead the mechanical conception of our projects, from creating drawings and 3D designs to supervising their technical implementation at our clients’ facilities. You will be the key piece ensuring that robotic architecture is viable, functional, and robust. #### **Responsibilities and Tasks** * **CAD Design and Development:** Creation of detailed mechanical drawings and 3D designs using **SolidWorks and AutoCAD** for robotic installation projects. * **Detail Engineering:** Design of fixtures and structures required for robot integration into production lines. * **On-Site Technical Support:** Travel to client sites to supervise mechanical assembly and resolve any technical issues arising during installation. * **Support and Continuous Improvement:** Diagnosis of mechanical needs at existing client sites and proposal of improvements to optimize performance of installed equipment. * **Documentation Management:** Generation of material lists and technical manuals associated with mechanical design. #### **What We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of proven experience in mechanical design for industrial environments. * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced and expert proficiency in **SolidWorks and AutoCAD**. * **Commitment and Availability:** Must be available for travel and on-call duty coverage to guarantee 24/7 service to our clients. * **Attitude:** Strong on-site problem-solving ability and attention to detail. * **Logistics:** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory). #### **Our Selection Process** We advocate for a transparent process based on real competence: * **Selection Interview:** Initial contact with Ponter’s Talent team. * **Technical Assessments:** Evaluation of your mechanical design and problem-solving capabilities in real-world environments (client facilities). * **Final Interview:** Meeting with HR Management to define your career plan and onboarding. #### **Our Value Proposition** * **Professional Stability:** Permanent contract with a company in full expansion phase, delivering high-visibility projects. * **Technical Challenges:** Participation in designing cutting-edge robotic solutions for industry leaders. * **Recognition:** Competitive salary band (€30k–€45k gross/year, depending on expertise) \+ allowances for services and availability aligned with the high qualification and specialization required, supplemented by additional allowances for availability and services. **If you are an engineer who enjoys seeing your designs come to life in industry and are ready for a higher level of commitment, we want to meet you.**
