Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Civil Engineering Technician for the production and monitoring of construction projects, from budgeting to final works control. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development in an office environment. We are looking for a Technical Architect or Civil Engineering Technician to work in an office in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). Candidates must hold an official qualification in this specialty, have 2–6 years of demonstrable experience, and possess a C1 level of English. A valid driver’s license is required, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of structural calculations, quantity surveying, and certifications will be valued. Main responsibilities include project production and monitoring, from the budgeting phase through to final works control. A permanent contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement and full-time working hours. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00, and Friday, 8:00–14:00.
