We believe continuous innovation is key to business growth and creating value for our clients, and we work in an environment focused on self-improvement, cooperation, teamwork, and continuous learning. **Your mission** ------------- In the first 3 months You will participate in an onboarding process where you will receive intensive training on the Sygris platform through an intensive course. You will learn about Data Management Systems and participate in a large-scale group project. You will get to know the company's culture and spirit, your colleagues, their roles, how they share synergies, and the technical and business challenges. All of this will take place in a continuous evaluation environment. In the following 3 months You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, sharing tasks and projects with different profiles across the company, learning firsthand about the company, its product, and its clients. You will complete your first individual project, through which we will assess your profile to determine the best way for you to contribute to our project. During the remainder of your first year You will work with the Sygris tool through its various stages of design, development, and integrated maintenance as part of a multidisciplinary team led by a project manager. You will be able to contribute to all or some phases of client projects. You will gain firsthand knowledge of quality standards and the processes involved in an effective Business Intelligence strategy. Your contribution to each project will depend on your personal and professional skills and your performance, potentially evolving into a leading role in client relationships and projects where you may directly manage responsibilities. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ You are our ideal candidate if you hold a degree in BI, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or postgraduate studies in Data Science/Analytics or a related field. Additionally, you are looking to further develop your career in the field of consulting focused on Business Intelligence: Experience and capabilities: – Previous applied experience in Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or related roles is desirable but not essential. – Passion for the world of data, its analysis, and exploitation. – Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, functions). – Advanced database usage. – Analytical thinking. – Attention to detail. – Customer orientation (internal and external) and ability to thrive in the technological consulting environment. – Results-oriented.
