Acting as a liaison between the customer and all departments of the company facilitating communications between them and carrying out the relevant service follow up in order to build customer loyalty. Management of all BD activities for assigned customers (current and potential), including the generation, negotiation and closing of new projects, as well as the subsequent commercial leadership of projects in all pre\-launch phases, including new product development projects and reformulation of mature products, dossier registration projects, and technology transfer projects.
