Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring project execution, quality, and regulatory compliance; managing logistics, reporting progress, and resolving incidents. Team leadership and coordination with industrial contractors We seek a person to supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring that execution aligns with the project plan and complies with quality standards and current regulations. The selected candidate must interpret drawings, measurements, and technical specifications, and ensure occupational health and safety for all personnel on site. Responsibilities include managing logistics and the supply of materials and machinery. It will also be necessary to report the construction progress status to the immediate supervisor and resolve both technical and organizational incidents. Monitoring team performance and productivity, as well as coordinating with industrial contractors and suppliers, will also form part of the role. Solid knowledge of civil construction processes and on-site machinery is required, along with the ability to interpret technical documentation. Proficiency in Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and the ability to lead teams are essential. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
