




DESCRIPTION We are looking for a proactive and organized **Administrative Assistant** to join the team at **Podemos Eficiencia Empresarial (P+)**. If you have a passion for numbers and a solid understanding of accounting, this is your opportunity to become part of a growing company. **Location**: C/Madre de Dios, 12. Alcalá de Henares. We offer a **1-year contract**, **20 hours per week**, with internal growth opportunities. Monthly gross salary of approximately **690€**, and official **online training** provided by the company. Morning shift from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00h. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and managing invoices, delivery notes, and other accounting documents. * Bank reconciliations and tracking of receivables/payables. * Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements. * Collaborating with the accounting department on monthly and tax closing tasks. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**: * Must be unemployed (mandatory for contract eligibility). * Must be a beneficiary of the Youth Guarantee system. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 1 year of experience. * Advanced skills in Excel and/or A3. * Education in administration, finance, or related fields.
