We are seeking a Body Shop Workshop Coordinator – Official Dealership (Guadalajara) At our automobile dealership located in Guadalajara, we require a Body Shop Workshop Coordinator to manage and optimize workflow in the bodywork and painting section. Job Responsibilities * Workload planning: Daily assignment of repair orders to bodywork and painting technicians. * Process coordination: Monitoring repair timelines and ensuring adherence to scheduled delivery deadlines. * Spare parts management: Supervising procurement of required parts and materials with the spare parts department to prevent downtime. * Quality control: Final vehicle inspection prior to customer delivery or receipt. * Internal liaison: Direct point of contact between technical staff, service advisors, and insurance appraisers. Requirements * Prior experience: Minimum 2\-3 years in management, reception, or coordination roles within bodywork and painting workshops (experience at an official dealership is preferred). * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in bodywork repair, painting processes, and estimation systems. * Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks in high-volume work environments and resolve unexpected issues. * Residence: Guadalajara or surrounding areas. What We Offer * Job stability: Direct employment contract with the company. * Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, continuous shift from 07:00 to 15:00 (no rotating shifts or weekend work). * Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
