Requirements: * Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the energy, oil, gas, or engineering industry. * Knowledge of drafting/drawing (delineation). * Advanced Microsoft Office / databases / AutoCAD. * Basic English. Location: * 100% on\-site in Huelva, Spain. ###### **Document Controller** ###### **AutoCAD** ###### **Database** ###### **Drafting** ###### **English** #### **Principal duties** * Manage all engineering documentation for a project as required, and prepare it for submission to the client in accordance with project\-specific procedures. * Analyze and control all technical documentation related to the department and project activities within contractual requirements and company procedures (including confidentiality). * Participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of departmental/project document control workflows. * Attend meetings as required. * Verify document quality and transmittals in accordance with Document Management standards and Quality standards. * Manage vendor documentation. * Collect information for reporting purposes. * Support Project Managers/Engineers as needed. * Prepare final engineering and vendor documentation books. * Support disciplines when required. * Perform small drafting tasks to support the office. * General office support tasks. **Why join DAPIN?** ------------------- * You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large\-scale change.
