If you are passionate about innovation, have experience managing BIM projects, and seek a dynamic and challenging work environment, this is your opportunity! **About the Project:** You will join a cutting-edge project focused on developing a **Data Processing Center (DPC)**, where you will apply the latest BIM methodologies and tools to ensure excellence in design and execution. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** You will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams covering civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration. * **Standard Setting:** You will define and maintain BIM protocols, standards, and templates specific to industrial engineering, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables. * **Quality Control:** You will actively supervise model reviews, generate clash detection reports, and ensure the integrity and quality of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle. * **Workflow Management:** You will facilitate communication and information exchange among various project stakeholders, optimizing BIM workflows. * **Technical Support:** You will provide technical support and guidance to teams on the use of BIM tools and processes. * **Reporting:** You will prepare status reports tracking progress of BIM coordination activities. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of proven experience in BIM Coordination or similar roles, preferably in industrial engineering or complex infrastructure projects. * **BIM Software:** Advanced proficiency in **Revit** as the primary modeling and coordination tool. * **Clash Detection:** Solid experience using clash detection software such as Navisworks or Solibri. * **BIM Methodologies:** In-depth knowledge of BIM methodologies and workflows (Level of Development – LOD, ISO 19650). * **Modeling:** Experience as a BIM Modeler, with understanding of the needs and challenges of multidisciplinary modeling. * **Engineering:** Understanding of processes and deliverables across engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation). * **Proactivity and Problem Solving:** Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable Competencies):** * Prior experience in Data Processing Center (DPC) projects. * Familiarity with other BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Dynamo, Solibri). * BIM certifications. * Project management knowledge. **What We Offer:** * Join a well-established and growing company. * Participation in innovative and large-scale projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A collaborative and professional work environment.
