Conduct nursing care assessments upon admission of residents and perform scheduled periodic assessments. - Prepare and administer medications to residents in accordance with medical prescriptions. - Perform wound care and monitor treatments. - Validate the care plan, wound care, nutritional plan, and pharmacological plan in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. - Update residents' medical records with their clinical progress.
