The Position We are currently looking for an Order Manager for our new center in Torija, with the objective of supervising the workflow and ensuring that tasks are correctly assigned in the system. You will assign picking and packing tasks to various members of the warehouse team and collaborate with the team leader to ensure warehouse processes proceed without interruption. You will provide support to other departments if they have questions related to packaging, and also work with the customer service representative to understand customer requirements and make informed decisions. You will ensure all orders are processed on time, guaranteeing a smooth flow on the production line and helping resolve any issues that may arise. You will also supervise processes to ensure the team complies with the "Right First Time" standard for the customer, maintaining zero tolerance for deviations from the agreed and standardized process. What are we looking for? Key skills and experience include: * Previous experience assigning tasks in a warehouse or production center. * Good knowledge of SAP and AOS. * Ability to perform repetitive activities with accuracy and efficiency. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels. * Solid administrative skills. * Excellent customer service skills.
