Warehouse Assistant

Description

In Alcalá de Henares, a warehouse assistant is sought to work at a special employment center. The candidate must have prior experience in a similar role and, necessarily, hold a disability certificate of at least 33%. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are valued, along with high work motivation, good learning ability, and an active attitude. Candidates must also demonstrate appropriate stress management, proficiency in using computer systems, flexibility in working hours, and either own a vehicle or reside nearby. The ability to lift weights of at least 3 kilograms is required, as well as the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include handling, sorting, and general warehouse management. A one-year temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming indefinite, on a full-time basis. Working hours will be from Monday to Sunday, in shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 or from 07:30 to 15:30, with rest days assigned according to the schedule. Salary complies with the collective agreement for special employment centers.
