Studies, plans, and controls construction execution **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Industrial Engineer for construction projects in Algete. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: M\-106, 1, 4, 28110 Algete, Madrid **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Study and analysis of projects to generate procurement contracts * Requesting and analyzing offers from subcontracting and supply companies; advising on procurement, and on selection and purchase of products, materials, and equipment; drafting technical reports for award and contracting. * Planning, scheduling, and controlling execution and budgetary performance * Valuation and certification of subcontracting and supply companies * Measurement and valuation of executed work for certification purposes * Measurement and budgeting of contradictory unit prices arising during construction, including preparation of unit, auxiliary, detailed, and complex pricing * Management of required licenses, authorizations, and permits * Organization and control of safety and health for company employees, subcontractors, and self-employed workers * Quality Control: Technical assistance in verifying work quality, material quality, and construction execution compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations * Conservation studies and development of building and facility maintenance plans * Monitoring of administrative procedures for installation legalization and coordination with various OCAs **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching supporting documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire.
