The **Digital Continuity \& Manufacturing (DC\&M)** team at Capgemini Engineering specializes in providing strategic solutions for engineering and industrial process digitalization, ensuring digital continuity throughout the entire product lifecycle—from design to maintenance. We are currently strengthening our team and looking to hire a Simio Simulation Consultant. You will join our technical team, contributing to helping our clients validate or identify—through simulation—opportunities enabling them to introduce new manufacturing lines or optimize productivity in plants and laboratories. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in industrial operations: automation, analysis, and/or operational improvement. At least 1 year of experience in industrial process simulation using discrete-event simulation. Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences, demonstrating solid knowledge of manufacturing and production systems. English proficiency at minimum B2 level, with particularly strong oral skills for client meetings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Simio. Experience with other simulation software (AnyLogic, FlexSim, Simulink, Simul8, Witness, Plant Simulation). Programming experience in languages such as C\#, VBA, R, or Python.
