We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments and customer-centric marketing operations. This role will support daily platform usage, campaign execution, data flows, and configuration tasks across the entire SFMC ecosystem. What do we need from you? Requirements * Salesforce Marketing Cloud (2–3 years) with solid experience in: + Marketing Cloud Data Model and Contact Model + Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder + Mobile Studio and/or CloudPages (hands-on experience) * AMPscript * Practical SQL experience in Marketing Cloud environments * Experience in platform configuration, campaign execution, and data management * Experience managing data extensions, segmentation, and basic ingestion flows Desirable Requirements * Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) or other integration patterns * Experience working in multi-BU environments or distributed marketing setups * Ability to clearly document and communicate solutions * Experience collaborating on testing activities: + Unit Testing + Integration Testing + End-to-End Testing Why Capgemini?
