Location Azuqueca de Henares Department Contract Temporary At Aperitivos Flaper S.L.U, we are looking for a Junior Quality Technician: **Functions and responsibilities:** * Support in internal/external IFS audits. * Review and verify compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). * Complete records required by food safety standards. * Verify and carry out control points CP and critical control points CCPs. * Work sections: training, cleaning, maintenance, calibrations. **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Degree (CFGS) in food industry or quality control, or university degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent. * Commitment and willingness to grow. **What we offer:** * Full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. * Annual salary up to 20,000 EUR. * 3-month contract with real possibility of extension.
