Responsibilities include receiving and attending visitors, managing and archiving corporate documentation to ensure proper organization and accessibility, and overseeing the invoicing cycle—from receipt and verification of supplier invoices to their accounting—maintaining traceability and accuracy of financial records. Timesheets are also managed for payroll processing, and administrative incidents are tracked and resolved, with coordination across departments as necessary. The role requires proficient use of office software, ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities, and meticulous handling of information. The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic industrial sector environment is highly valued. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar administrative assistant role is required. Basic accounting knowledge is essential for invoice management and accounting. Candidates must demonstrate competent use of office software, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Academic training in business administration and management or related fields is considered a plus.
