Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant for a hospitality establishment, responsible for food preparation, supporting dish assembly, and maintaining hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of a hygienic work environment We are looking for a kitchen assistant to join a hospitality establishment in Alcalá de Henares. Your responsibilities will include preparing raw materials, such as washing, peeling, and cutting food items, as well as general ingredient preparation. You will also provide direct support in preparing and assembling the various dishes served. Your duties will include cleaning and organizing all kitchen utensils and equipment, ensuring a hygienic and efficient work environment, and actively collaborating with the rest of the team. The contract is full-time, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. Work will be scheduled from Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts between 10:00 and 01:00, including legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 6 months of experience performing the described duties. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residency near the workplace is an advantage. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
