For carrying out job duties, standard cleaning tools are used; additionally, in some centers, vacuum cleaners and/or wet mops are used depending on the facility. * Cleaning and disinfection of common areas, reception, workstations, offices and meeting rooms, furniture, restrooms, dining room and office kitchen, where applicable. * Daily cleaning of floors, outdoor areas within the premises, and garage, where applicable. * Cleaning of doors, walls, baseboards, ceilings, lamps, light fixtures, and interior surfaces. * Cleaning of air conditioning units, heaters, ventilation and air conditioning grilles. **What are the requirements for this position?:** * Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team. * Living near the workplace or having good access to public/personal transportation is desirable. * Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection protocols, products, and equipment. * Previous and continuous experience in cleaning jobs. * Ability to detect visual and/or auditory signals. * Ability to move around the facility and climb up and down stairs without difficulty. * Professionalism and appropriate demeanor. * Holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher is desirable. * Residing in Guadalajara or a Madrid municipality close to Guadalajara is desirable. **What will your schedule be?:** You will work 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00, and every four weeks a Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 to 15:30. **What type of contract will you have?:** Contract due to sick leave. **What will your salary be?:** According to the Special Employment Center agreement. **When will you start?:** November 10. **Where?:** Guadalajara, Guadalajara.
