Budget preparation and documentation management **Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Technical Architects to provide technical support in production and maintenance works for the Social Housing Agency. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Technical assistance to the maintenance department: incident management and resolution, property inspection, issuance of reports, budget preparation, preparation of valued work lists, and management of documentation associated with claims. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must justify compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture, or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Fundamentals (MECES Level 2\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months of professional and/or academic experience in building renovation or rehabilitation projects ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license * Basic or advanced level of AutoCAD (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Basic or advanced level of Word (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Basic or advanced level of Excel (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Availability to travel within the Community of Madrid (up to 75% of working time) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Issued at least 5 technical reports related to building conservation status or expert reports (to be assessed during the technical interview) * Immediate availability to join upon notification or conclusion of the selection process * Minimum 6 months of professional and/or academic experience working for public administration * Minimum 2 years of professional and/or academic experience in building renovation or rehabilitation projects **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 9 months. + Working hours of 7.30 hours per day throughout the year.
