INCYE, a multinational leader in temporary metal structures within the construction auxiliary sector (shoring, stabilizers, bracing, propping, and temporary structures), is seeking a Metal Structure Assembler to join its team in Madrid. **Main responsibilities:** * Assembly and disassembly of temporary metal structures (shoring, stabilizers, props, towers, scaffolding, and auxiliary structures). * Interpretation of blueprints and execution according to technical instructions. * Operation of tools and lifting equipment. * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (OH&S). **Desirable requirements:** * Prior experience in assembling metal structures or shoring and bracing systems. * OH&S training courses for the construction sector. * Valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle. * Ability to read technical blueprints. * Willingness to work at height and travel throughout the national territory. * Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas. **We offer:** * Stable position with an indefinite-term contract after the adaptation period. * Continuous training on INCYE assembly systems. * Real opportunities for internal promotion within a company expanding nationally and internationally. * Work in a technical and safe environment, supported by in-house engineering and supervision teams. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and professional category.
