Requirements **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistance Manager or in a similar role within the insurance sector. * Solid knowledge of funeral insurance products. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and understandably. * Empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations and supporting affected family members. * Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. **Join our team!**
