We are seeking an architect or technical architect with experience to join our team. The main responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support in project drafting and management, as well as handling permits and coordinating technical and documentary matters. Tasks include preparing technical documentation such as reports, drawings, measurements, and budgets. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and editing drawings is required; knowledge of Revit is considered a plus. Additionally, Presto will be used for budgeting, measurements, and certifications. Another key responsibility involves managing minor and major construction permits, activity licenses, responsible declarations, and prior notifications. It will be necessary to review applicable urban planning regulations—including master plans, ordinances, the Technical Building Code (CTE), and local regulations—as well as prepare and follow up on files with municipal councils and other authorities, coordinating all required documentation. The contract is permanent and full-time, with an annual gross salary of 28.000 euros.
