Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the construction of photovoltaic power plants. 2. Coordination and supervision of on-site work execution. 3. Project phase planning and milestone control. We are seeking a professional to lead the construction of photovoltaic power plants in Madrid. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating subcontractors and closely supervising on-site work execution. It will be essential to ensure all activities comply with established deadlines, quality standards, and health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for planning the various project phases, ensuring availability of necessary resources and controlling key milestones. A permanent contract with immediate start is offered. In addition, you will receive a fixed salary supplemented by a variable component based on achieved objectives, access to the company vehicle fleet, and a flexible compensation plan including meal vouchers, childcare assistance, and transportation benefits. * Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy projects, preferably photovoltaic power plants. * Academic Qualification: Engineer or Technical Engineer, preferably in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical regulations, photovoltaic structures, and civil works. * Mobility: Willingness to work on-site during construction and travel nationwide. * Software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
