Our mission is to drive a greener future through innovation and excellence. **Job Mission:** The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical execution and development of renewable energy projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with established standards. They will participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptualization through commissioning. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects. * Electrical design of photovoltaic installations and other renewable energy systems (protection calculations, equipment sizing, single-line diagrams, etc.). * Preparing technical reports, drawings, and project documentation. * Monitoring and supervising installation construction and assembly. * Coordinating with engineering, construction, and supplier teams. * Performing commissioning tests and startup procedures. * Analyzing power generation and performance data from installations. * Identifying and proposing technical improvements to optimize operations. * Managing technical and administrative project documentation. * Ensuring compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards for electrical installations and renewable energy systems. **Job Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience of at least 2 years in the renewable energy sector, preferably in electrical engineering. * In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic technologies, their components, and associated systems. * Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, PVSyst, etc.). * Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Familiarity with technical and safety regulations applicable to electrical installations and renewable energy systems. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to meeting deadlines. * Availability to work in Madrid. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Knowledge of other renewable energy systems (e.g., wind, biomass). * Experience in project management. * Technical English proficiency. **What We Offer:** * Long-term employment contract with a growing, industry-leading company. * Opportunity to join a highly qualified professional team. * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * Participation in innovative and large-scale projects. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications.
