Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Senior Software Architect – GenAI and Cloud Platforms** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and evolve software and cloud architectures for critical platforms, with a focus on data systems, AI, and enterprise-scale GenAI solutions. * Define and implement multi-agent and multi-cloud architectures, integrating agent frameworks, AI gateways, policy engines, and privacy guardrails. * Lead the productization of solutions on Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, resilience, and end-to-end observability. * Ensure regulatory and privacy compliance (GDPR, PII) in regulated environments, embedding security best practices and data governance from design. * Design and implement distributed observability solutions based on OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technical standards, architectural patterns, and best practices. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * 8+ years of experience in software and/or cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), including at least 3 years in data systems, AI, or critical platforms. * Demonstrable experience in agent-based architectures or enterprise-scale GenAI solutions. * Experience working in regulated environments (banking, insurance, utilities, public sector, or others). * Production experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or GKE). * Recent and production-level experience with Azure, using core services such as AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor. * Solid knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed observability design. * Experience with policy engines such as Open Policy Agent (OPA/Rego) or equivalents. * Experience processing PII and ensuring data privacy in real-world systems. * Practical knowledge of GDPR (data minimization, secure logging, DPIA execution). * Proficiency in Python, especially with FastAPI or equivalent frameworks for building APIs and middleware. **Desirable:** * Experience with complex, production-ready multi-cloud architectures. * Familiarity with emerging agent frameworks and enterprise AI gateways. * Relevant cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience defining organizational-level architecture standards and technical governance. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Personalized career path and continuous learning opportunities * Participation in stable, highly technical projects * Flexible working hours and emphasis on work-life balance * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to learn more about us on the NEORIS website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS. \#LI\-CF1
