We are looking for operators to join our production team, focused on the glass industry. Main responsibilities will include performing typical operator duties on a production line, ensuring each phase of work is carried out with maximum efficiency and a high standard of quality. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with other staff members. Minimum required education is Compulsory Secondary Education. Prior verifiable experience as a production operator is essential, preferably in an industrial setting or in similar roles. Manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail—key competencies for working with machinery and materials in glass manufacturing—will be highly valued. This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday, with shifts available in either morning or afternoon hours to meet production demands. Compensation will follow the current collective bargaining agreement applicable to this sector.
