We maintain active presence in five key markets: Iberia (Spain and Portugal as an integrated region), the rest of the EU, Romania, Panama, and Peru. **Job Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Preferred specialization or coursework in cost control, project management, or finance. **Work Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control for construction projects (infrastructure, building, etc.). * Experience working with budgets, site cost control, and project financial analysis. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel and project control software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6\). * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, S10, Neodata, or others). * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules. * Knowledge of local construction and budgeting regulations (by country). **Skills:** * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Proactivity in identifying deviations and proposing solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the project’s overall budget. * Track actual costs versus budgeted costs. * Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and planning departments to obtain accurate cost information. * Review and validate purchase orders and invoices against the budget. * Identify budget variances and propose corrective actions. * Generate periodic financial reports (weekly/monthly) for project management. * Perform cost forecasting. * Monitor physical progress versus incurred costs (Earned Value Management, if applicable). * Support internal and external project audits. * Ensure proper accounting coding of project expenses.
