Job Summary: This role is responsible for studying applications, providing pre-sales support for CNC products, and delivering technical consultation, ensuring customer training and application optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pre-sales support and specialized technical consultation on CNC. 2. Collaboration in defining requirements for new products. 3. Technical support to customers and application optimization. Reporting to the subsidiary’s management, this role is responsible for studying applications deemed appropriate by the sales team, as well as providing pre-sales support for CNC products. This person serves as the technical advisor for the area on matters with a strong technical component. * Perform commissioning of our products on customers’ machines. * Contribute expertise during the definition of requirements for new products. * In coordination with the training manager, ensure that both technical and sales staff within our area are trained on the product and its new features. * Provide technical support to customers, train their technicians, and optimize the application of our products on their machines. * Collect customer feedback and suggestions regarding the product, and define features accordingly. * Support sales staff and other technical personnel within the area in executing applications or projects of interest. * Electronics Engineering: Experience with CNC, PLC programming, servo motors, and sensing. * Programming language knowledge (e.g., HTML5, Visual Basic, C, C\+\+) is desirable. * Willingness to travel. * Proficiency in English. * French proficiency is a plus.
