We seek a **Civil Engineer (specializing in Roads, Canals, and Ports)** with experience in highway construction control and supervision, capable of leading teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring proper on-site work development. The selected candidate will assume technical management of the unit, ensuring compliance with project requirements regarding quality, schedule, and execution. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive supervision and control of the construction project. * Technical monitoring of executed works. * Coordination among various stakeholders involved in the project. * Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and execution procedures. * Management and coordination of the technical team assigned to the unit. * Liaison with the client and relevant authorities. * Preparation and review of technical documentation related to the project. * Resolution of incidents and support in decision-making during project execution.
