As a Building Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing this specific project, ensuring its success from inception to completion. You will work closely with architectural, engineering, and contracting teams to guarantee quality and adherence to schedules. ***Responsibilities*** * Coordinate and supervise all construction project phases, from initiation to final handover. * Lead on-site workers, ensuring timely delivery and work quality. * Collaborate closely with design and architecture teams to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Continuously monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during execution. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Coordinate procurement and management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular project status updates. Requirements ***Requirements*** * Technical degree in Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 10 years’ verifiable experience managing building construction projects. * Solid knowledge of construction codes and regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Presto. * Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Attention to detail and efficient problem-solving capability. * Competence in project management tools and software.
