We are looking for staff to work in LORCA as a **home help assistant** / companion in a project for CHRISTMAS, lasting throughout the month of DECEMBER, providing care for dependent individuals. The working schedule and hours vary depending on the service and may include weekends. **Requirements (must meet at least some):** \-Intermediate-level training in socio-healthcare assistance, nursing, dependency care, etc., is recommended. \-Recommended courses and additional training in dependency care, home help assistance, elderly care, etc. \-Experience or knowledge in caring for elderly and/or dependent persons. \-Driving license and personal vehicle are recommended. **Other requirements that may be considered:** \-Responsibility and empathy. **Tasks of HOME HELP:** \-Personal care: personal hygiene and grooming, companionship and supervision at home, accompanying on outdoor walks. \-Educational support: assisting with exercises, leisure and free time activities, games, etc. \-Household care: cleaning the home. \-Companionship for loneliness.
