Your contribution:* You lead an international team of developers, quality assurance, DevOps, and Scrum Masters through the agile development process. * You manage onboarding, training, and professional development of employees and define recruitment standards and processes. * You scale agile processes within the department, split the team into three independent Scrum Teams, and integrate international colleagues. * You coordinate and implement technical requirements and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration into the existing system landscape. * Furthermore, you conceptualize and prepare the management board resolution regarding partial decryption and take responsibility for its technical implementation and verification.
