




Job Summary: We are seeking a reception assistant to manage rooms, reservations, check-ins/outs, payments, product sales, and customer service, including incident resolution and suggestion management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive room and reservation management 2. Direct and telephone guest assistance 3. Incident resolution and suggestion management Reception assistant position in Punta Umbría. Main responsibilities include full room management—from occupancy and sales to reservation processing. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and process payments. You will also participate in product sales and respond to guests’ telephone and in-person inquiries, resolving incidents and managing suggestions. A temporary employment contract is offered for functional mobility replacement, with full-time hours. The schedule will be rotating shifts: morning shift (08:00–15:00) and afternoon shift (15:00–22:00), working Monday through Sunday. The monthly gross salary is €1700. Prior customer service experience and proficiency with Navision software will be valued.
