We are looking for a **Bid Analyst** with at least **2 years of experience** in public procurement processes, to support the structuring, submission, and follow-up of proposals to government entities. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, analyzing technical, legal, and economic requirements, and ensuring compliance with the conditions established in bidding processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage public procurement platforms, especially **SECOP II**. * Prepare and submit offers to **public entities**. * Analyze technical, legal, and financial documents related to procurement processes. * Create comparative tables, budgets, and economic analyses in **Excel**. * Monitor bidding process stages and awarded contracts. * Coordinate with involved departments (legal, technical, and financial) to meet requirements. Required profile: * Professional or technologist in: Law, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of **2 years of experience** in public bidding. * Intermediate or advanced skills in **Excel**. * Technical, legal, and economic knowledge of public procurement. * **Proactive, responsible, analytical, and mature** individual with excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
