**Grupo Autocares Moreno**, a leading company in the road passenger transport sector, is seeking to hire **two** professionals with proven experience to lead the technical department of its coach workshop. We are looking for a person with management skills, technical leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate daily workshop operations. * Supervise the technical team and assign maintenance and repair tasks. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and current regulatory standards. * Manage inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance. * Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure vehicle availability. * Monitor workshop costs and optimize resources. * Perform technical diagnostics and follow-up on complex breakdowns. * Coordinate with external suppliers when necessary. **Requirements** * Technical training in automotive, mechanics, or similar field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial vehicle maintenance, preferably coaches. * Proven experience in managing work teams. * Knowledge of electronic diagnostics, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in computer tools for workshop management. * Class D driver's license (desirable).
